We are a dynamic startup based in Tel Aviv, seeking an energetic and organized Office Manager to join our HR Team. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage office supplies, coordinate team events, and support HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in office management and excellent communication skills are essential.   • Provide in-office support ranging from ordering office snacks, managing catering, managing various office vendors, and greeting/assisting guests
  • Coordinate travel plans: flights, hotels, transport and expenses
  • Partner with accounting for expenses
  • Organize awesome events: Company yearly trip, Happy hours, Holidays toasts and more
  • Become the cultural ambassador by recognizing employee birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestones
  • Act as project manager for all repairs and facilities projects (Cleaners and supplies)
  • Support Marketing initiatives for global event management and swag
  • Create a welcoming environment for new hires by managing new hire desk and computer setup
