We’re looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to join our Business Team and support strategic processes with our partners around the world.

In your day-to-day, you will conduct best-in-class training for clients, as well as extract data-driven insights. You’ll be required to stay on top of client inquiries and requests to help us maintain strong relationships. Your work will contribute to our ongoing efforts to build and maintain a reputation as dependable and trustworthy advisors for our clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Support onboarding of new user groups by providing product training and preparing training materials.
  • Proactively address customer concerns, identify potential risks, and work towards preventing customer churn.
  • Analyze data to provide clients insights on their operations, and support the strategic consulting led by the Customer Success Managers.
  • Assist with setting up specific configurations and respond to technical client inquiries.
  • Help monitor and analyze customer usage patterns and take proactive action based on the trends to reengage users.
  • Lead customer meetings with low-level stakeholders, deliver value, and collect feedback.
  • Help define tasks for internal stakeholders (support, dev, and solution architects) and monitor their progress.

What you’ll need:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer-service roles
  • Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Result-driven, and an organized executor
  • Strong analytical skills- able to draw actionable insights from data
  • Excel proficiency- a must
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Fantastic spoken and written English
  • Prior work experience for a B2B SaaS company-an advantage
