Description

Arbe is leading a RADAR REVOLUTION, driving a zero-road-fatality reality by enabling truly safe driver-assist systems, and paving the way for a fully autonomous-driving future. The next level of road safety is dependent upon a vehicle's ability to 'sense' the world around it. Arbe's unparalleled 4D high-resolution imaging radar is disrupting the automotive industry by redefining what's possible. Join our team of technologists, radar specialists, and scientists to make zero road fatalities a reality, for everyone. We're looking for a talented Field Application Engineer to join our team in China.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the on-site integration and debug of Arbe's 4D imaging radar within the customer's system, ensuring robust performance in the target platform.
  • Diagnose complex field and integration issues — reproduce, isolate root cause, and drive them through to resolution.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between the customer and Arbe HQ R&D (Israel), coordinating directly with the systems, algorithms, and hardware teams to close technical issues.
  • Support customer bring-up, radar testing, and field trials, ensuring the radar performs optimally across a range of scenarios.
  • Act as a primary technical point of contact — gather detailed customer requirements, feedback, and development plans, and feed them to internal teams to influence the product roadmap.
  • Conduct demos of Arbe's radar technology, showcasing its capabilities to existing and potential customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions, and generate reports to help improve our products and services.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in radar (FAE, radar systems, or integration)
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with radar and ADAS systems
  • Ability to work directly and effectively with R&D teams
  • Good technical understanding of complex, multidisciplinary products
  • Good relationships with OEMs or radar Tier-1s
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving
  • Strong verbal and written English (for direct coordination with HQ)
