We are looking for a talented DSP Software Team Leader to join our innovative team and lead the development of cutting-edge digital signal processing solutions for advanced radar systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of DSP and Embedded Software engineers developing radar image processing software for Automotive and other markets
- Drive architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of real-time DSP software solutions
- Collaborate with Algorithms and Validation teams to deliver integrated products
- Define and enforce software development processes, coding standards, and quality practices
- Manage project planning, task prioritization, and technical execution
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring
Requirements
- B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience developing DSP and/or embedded real-time software
- 3+ years of technical leadership or team management experience
- Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python and Linux development
- Experience with software architecture, debugging, profiling, and optimization
- Experience with adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows in embedded/real-time environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in radar, wireless communications, sensor processing, computer vision, or similar domains
- Experience with automotive products development
- Experience with ARM, DSP processors, heterogeneous computing platforms, or FPGA-based systems
- Experience with MATLAB for algorithm development and validation
