We’re looking for a curious, driven Recruiter & HR Generalist to be a true partner in our HR team and make a meaningful impact on the organization. This is primarily a recruitment role - you’ll own technical hiring end to end with a growing HR generalist scope across the employee lifecycle as you build your impact here.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Recruitment
• Own all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive, professional experience for every candidate
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, share insights, and support strong hiring decisions
• Source and identify qualified talent through creative and proactive methods
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews, and carry out reference checks
• Manage and track hiring activity in Spark-Comeet, keeping data accurate and up to date
• Keep candidates informed with clear, consistent communication throughout the process
• Maintain hiring data and prepare recruitment reports
HR Generalist
• Support key employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding through offboarding
• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees
• Work in our HRIS (Bob) - maintaining accurate employee data, generating reports, and partnering with cross functional teams
• Help implement HR policies and best practices across the organization
Requirements
What You Bring
• 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment within a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for people and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience hiring for multidisciplinary, semiconductor, or similar
• Creative approach to sourcing and engaging talent
• Energetic and proactive, able to manage and prioritize multiple roles at once
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
