Description

Arbe is leading a RADAR REVOLUTION, driving a zero-road-fatality reality by enabling truly safe driver-assist systems and paving the way for a fully autonomous-driving future. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth opportunities for our advanced radar and semiconductor solutions across the autonomous driving & adjacent markets. In this role, you will lead customer engagements, develop new business opportunities, and help expand our global market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, mobility companies, and adjacent markets integrators.
  • Build and manage strategic customer and partner relationships to drive long-term business growth.
  • Lead commercial discussions, opportunity qualification, and negotiation processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align customer needs with product roadmaps.
  • Support RFQ/RFI responses, commercial proposals, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to support business strategy.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  • Coordinate customer engagements, including technical reviews, demonstrations, workshops, and roadmap discussions.
  • Track program milestones and support successful customer execution.
  • Develop strategic relationships with ecosystem partners, research organizations, and industry influencers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience in either semiconductors, automotive sensing, radar, ADAS, autonomous driving or sensing systems.
  • Proven experience working with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, mobility companies, or adjacent markets.
  • Experience managing complex B2B technology sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of automotive radar systems, ADAS and autonomous driving architectures, sensor fusion, or adjacent sensing applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or an advanced technical degree.
  • Background in semiconductor or radar-related technologies.
  • Experience in ADAS, autonomous driving, or adjacent sensing markets.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and commercial leadership capabilities.
