We are looking for a curious, driven HR Generalist & Recruiter who wants to be a real partner in our HR team and have a meaningful impact on the organization.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
HR Operational Responsibilities
- Take an active part in the full employee life cycle at Arbe, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all HR activities - from onboarding, through training, performance cycles, and employee engagement initiatives, to offboarding
- Manage HR operations using the HRIS system (Bob) by maintaining accurate employee data, generating reports, and partnering with cross-functional teams
- Assist in implementing HR policies and best practices across the organization
- Support organizational scalability by identifying opportunities to improve and automate HR processes
- Provide day-to-day support for managers and employees on HR-related matters
Recruitment Responsibilities
- Take an active role in all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive, professional experience for all candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide accurate insights, and support hiring decisions
- Demonstrate expertise in sourcing talent and identifying qualified candidates
- Conduct in-person and phone interviews, as well as reference checks
- Manage and track recruitment activities in Spark–Comeet, ensuring accurate and timely updates
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist in maintaining hiring data and providing updates on recruitment reports
Requirements
What You Bring
- At least 4 years of experience in HR operations and technical recruitment within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Passion for people and strong interpersonal skills
- Background in multidisciplinary or semiconductor companies
- Proven record in sourcing talent through innovative methods
- Energetic and initiative, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Capable of working independently, while also being a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- High-level proficiency in English
