We are looking for a curious, driven HR Generalist & Recruiter who wants to be a real partner in our HR team and have a meaningful impact on the organization.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

HR Operational Responsibilities

  • Take an active part in the full employee life cycle at Arbe, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all HR activities - from onboarding, through training, performance cycles, and employee engagement initiatives, to offboarding
  • Manage HR operations using the HRIS system (Bob) by maintaining accurate employee data, generating reports, and partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and best practices across the organization
  • Support organizational scalability by identifying opportunities to improve and automate HR processes
  • Provide day-to-day support for managers and employees on HR-related matters

Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Take an active role in all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive, professional experience for all candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide accurate insights, and support hiring decisions
  • Demonstrate expertise in sourcing talent and identifying qualified candidates
  • Conduct in-person and phone interviews, as well as reference checks
  • Manage and track recruitment activities in Spark–Comeet, ensuring accurate and timely updates
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in maintaining hiring data and providing updates on recruitment reports

Requirements

What You Bring

  • At least 4 years of experience in HR operations and technical recruitment within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Passion for people and strong interpersonal skills
  • Background in multidisciplinary or semiconductor companies
  • Proven record in sourcing talent through innovative methods
  • Energetic and initiative, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Capable of working independently, while also being a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • High-level proficiency in English
