We’re looking for a top talented Customer Program Manager to join our Customer Success team.
Responsibilities
- Support Arbe’s customers in creating a complete system based on Arbe’s products, while developing a deep understanding of customers' needs and helping to shape the product.
- Manage customer program, schedule and deliveries
- Represent the company to the customer, and maintain good relationships with the customer’s reps
- Provide technical support to key customers, work closely with R&D on complex technical issues
- Create variant solutions for customer issues, take proactive actions in order to ensure customer high satisfaction
- Generate, track and monitor progress on complex customer programs
- Customize the product for the specific customer requirements
- Become the go-to person in understanding customers’ needs
- Manage and support the product evaluation process for selected customers.
- Help customers with designing their solution based on Arbe’s products
- Report customer feedback and requests back to the support manager, product group and R&D
- Collaborate with R&D, Operations and other stakeholder groups to achieve the company's targets
Requirements
- BSc in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Engineering or similar
- 6+ years of experience as a Customer Program Manager or other related roles is required
- Good technical understanding of complex multidisciplinary products
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Experience with supporting customers in hardware/ IC
- Experience running multiple projects and concurrent requests, ability to organize and prioritize
- Excellent problem-solving
- Strong sense of accountability and quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Semiconductor industry
- Experience in the Automotive industry
