We’re looking for a top talented Customer Program Manager to join our Customer Success team.

Responsibilities

  • Support Arbe’s customers in creating a complete system based on Arbe’s products, while developing a deep understanding of customers' needs and helping to shape the product.
  • Manage customer program, schedule and deliveries
  • Represent the company to the customer, and maintain good relationships with the customer’s reps
  • Provide technical support to key customers, work closely with R&D on complex technical issues
  • Create variant solutions for customer issues, take proactive actions in order to ensure customer high satisfaction
  • Generate, track and monitor progress on complex customer programs
  • Customize the product for the specific customer requirements
  • Become the go-to person in understanding customers’ needs
  • Manage and support the product evaluation process for selected customers.
  • Help customers with designing their solution based on Arbe’s products
  • Report customer feedback and requests back to the support manager, product group and R&D
  • Collaborate with R&D, Operations and other stakeholder groups to achieve the company's targets

Requirements

  • BSc in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Engineering or similar
  • 6+ years of experience as a Customer Program Manager or other related roles is required
  • Good technical understanding of complex multidisciplinary products
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Experience with supporting customers in hardware/ IC
  • Experience running multiple projects and concurrent requests, ability to organize and prioritize
  • Excellent problem-solving
  • Strong sense of accountability and quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Semiconductor industry
  • Experience in the Automotive industry
