** This is a 12 months position with an option to become full time.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Take an active role in all stages of the recruitment process life cycle
  • Conduct in-person and phone interviews, as well as reference checks
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide accurate insights and guidance, and support hiring decisions
  • Demonstrate expertise and proficiency in talent sourcing and identifying qualified candidates
  • Manage and track recruitment activities in Spark-Comeet, ensuring accurate and timely updates
  • Lead HR operations using our HRIS system (Bob) by maintaining accurate employee data, generating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address employee needs
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires

Requirements

What You Bring

  • At least 4 years of experience in technical recruitment, within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Background in multidisciplinary or semiconductor companies
  • Proven record in sourcing talent through innovative methods
  • Passion for people and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn recruitment tools
  • Energetic and initiative, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Capable of working independently, while also being a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • High-level proficiency in English
