** This is a 12 months position with an option to become full time.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Take an active role in all stages of the recruitment process life cycle
- Conduct in-person and phone interviews, as well as reference checks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide accurate insights and guidance, and support hiring decisions
- Demonstrate expertise and proficiency in talent sourcing and identifying qualified candidates
- Manage and track recruitment activities in Spark-Comeet, ensuring accurate and timely updates
- Lead HR operations using our HRIS system (Bob) by maintaining accurate employee data, generating reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address employee needs
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires
Requirements
What You Bring
- At least 4 years of experience in technical recruitment, within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Background in multidisciplinary or semiconductor companies
- Proven record in sourcing talent through innovative methods
- Passion for people and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn recruitment tools
- Energetic and initiative, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Capable of working independently, while also being a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- High-level proficiency in English
