We are looking for a Senior Radar Architect to join our CTO team. You’ll join our current and next generation of complex and challenging architecture for its high-end radar system for autonomous driving. You will be lead and collaborate with different stakeholders on providing breakthrough solutions for Arbe's radar architecture. You will work on building logical and efficient architecture and design, built on top-notch algorithms and combines cutting edge RF, signal processing, software, hardware and chips development for the purpose of delivering the best high-quality system.

• Define an efficient system architecture to meet product requirements
• Provide detailed and expert architectural guidance at all design levels throughout the design process, from concept to production
• Participate in the development and production of radar sensors
• Simulate and validate Radar system performance
• Support system aspects of the radar (debugging and troubleshooting)
• Analyze Chips, Algo and Software problems and identify solutions in the lab environment
• Create new innovative concepts for Arbe's radar
• Work closely with all Arbe's teams and guide different complex topics

• MSc or Ph.D. graduate in Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics, CS or related field
• At least 8 years of experience, in radar architecture/ System engineering/ Signal processing algorithms or similar
• Hands-on experience in a relevant field (Radar / Sonar / Communications / EW)
• Readiness to work in a challenging startup environment
