We're seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team and drive the future of radar technology. We are looking for a Senior Chipset System Engineer to spearhead the development of our Software Development Kit (SDK) for our advanced radar chipset. This critical role will bridge the gap between our groundbreaking hardware and the Tier-1 companies that integrate it into their systems. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to create SDKs that are both powerful and user-friendly.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of our radar chipset SDK, from conception to delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align SDK features with product strategy
- Design a robust, scalable SDK architecture that showcases the full potential of our radar chipset
- Develop clear, comprehensive documentation to facilitate seamless integration for our Tier-1 clients
- Work closely with software implementation teams to ensure SDK functionality meets design specifications
- Establish and oversee rigorous testing protocols to guarantee SDK reliability and performance
- Stay abreast of industry trends to continuously enhance our SDK offerings
- Provide expert guidance to internal teams on SDK integration and utilization
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in system engineering or software development, with a focus on embedded systems
- Proven track record in SDK development for complex hardware systems
- Deep understanding of radar technology and signal processing principles
- Expert-level proficiency in C/C++ and Python
- Experience with real-time operating systems and low-level hardware interfaces
- Strong background in API design and software architecture
