• Understand customer needs, develop partnerships, align expectations, and ensure a high customer satisfaction level.
• Lead and perform the implementation plans for our customers.
• Collaborate with internal multi-disciplinary R&D departments.
• Collaborate with the account manager to accommodate the customer's needs.
• Gatter different design for R&D groups and arrange all data into one system design per our customer needs.
• Create technical documentation.
• Simulate and validate the Radar system performance of Arbe's customers.
• Support customer training and integration camps (both remote and on customer site).

• B.Sc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Computer science)
• At least 5 years experience as a System Engineer
• Hands-on experience in a relevant field (Radar / Sonar / Communications / EW)
• Readiness to work in a challenging startup environment
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and motivated

• Radar experience
• ASIC Architecture knowledge
• Software Architecture knowledge
