Responsibilities:

  • Inspection and Compliance: Conduct and oversee inspections with external parties to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Anomaly Monitoring and Corrective Actions: Monitor and address anomalies in production processes, coordinate corrective actions, and respond to customer complaints to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: raw materials, and suppliers to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Control Points Implementation: Implement and manage control points within work processes to maintain and improve product quality.
  • Documentation and Archiving: Oversee the management of the documentation system, including documentation and archiving software, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Training Program Management: Develop and manage the annual training program for quality assurance, ensuring that all employees are trained on relevant quality processes and standards.
  • Leading and implementing ISO standards: ISO9001 and future ISO14001 implementation.
  • Advanced Quality Systems: Implement and manage advanced quality systems such as APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), ISHIKAWA, Fish Bone etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree: in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience: in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems and standards, including ISO9001 and ISO14000.
  • Experience with advanced quality systems such as APQP and PPAP, ISHIKAWA, Fish Bone.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer complaints effectively.
  • Proficiency in documentation management and archiving software.
  • High level English: speaking and writing
  • Personal skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with external parties, including laboratories and service providers.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing quality and risk.
