Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Implementation:
  • Construct and implement the production plan while adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with production and efficiency goals and indicators.
• Team Management:
  • Lead and develop all production workers, including shift managers and team leaders.
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  • Take responsibility for accurate and complete production reports in information systems.
  • Provide real-time solutions for faults and changes.
• Discipline and Safety:
  • Enforce discipline, order, and cleanliness in and around the production hall.
  • Maintain worker safety standards on the production floor.
• Routine Maintenance:
  • Establish and maintain daily and weekly routines with production employees.
  • Coordinate routines with interfaces and service providers.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in industrial engineering and management (an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the industry.
• Management Skills:
  • Proven experience in managing both employees and managers.
  • Familiarity and experience with the LEAN method.
• Availability:
  • Willingness to work six days a week as needed.
