Responsibility:

• Optical System Enhancement: Improve existing optical systems by incorporating optical, mechanical, and other components tailored to development needs.
• Equipment Adaptation: Adapt accompanying equipment to diverse development tasks, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Experimental Research: Plan, conduct, and analyze experiments aimed at enhancing the efficiency of current systems and spearheading the development of next-generation optical solutions.
• Technology Integration: Lead the integration and implementation of unique technologies for various applications, contributing to innovation and advancement in the field.
• Collaboration: Foster strategic collaborations with companies and research laboratories, actively participating in joint initiatives to drive cutting-edge research.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in physics, electro-optics, electrical engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a development position or a research / master’s degree, showcasing a strong background in optical engineering.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate high technical ability and a mastery of Python programming for effective project execution.
• Project Leadership: Ability to independently lead projects, demonstrating initiative and a results-oriented approach.
