Responsibilities:

Establishing a maintenance system for a new factory

Responsible for the maintenance of the machines and the infrastructure systems that support the factory

Recruitment and management of maintenance staff

Construction and implementation of work routines and maintenance procedures for all plant systems

Management of the safety field in the company

Establishment of an electrical laboratory at the factory

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a maintenance manager in Industrial companies – mandatory

Engineering education – mandatory

Proven experience and knowledge in the operation of electrical systems, air conditioning, hydraulics, pneumatics, and compressed air.

Chief electrician – a significant advantage

Management ability and team leadership

Hands-on professional technical ability

Background in leading FAT and SAT processes

High level of writing and spoken English
