Responsibilities:
- Create and develop connections with strategic partners, business opportunities, distributers, installers, and more
- Lead positive and effective direct contact with potential partners/customers
- Back office work and preparation
- Identify sales opportunities in accordance with the Company’s overall strategic plans and financial objectives
- In-depth knowledge of European incentives and funding programs (for R&D, manufacturing, and other), and responsibility of submitting applications for relevant programs
- Business plan creation abilities, for such activities in Europe, and responsibility for their implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in the solar energy industry will be an advantage
- Previous experience global in BD will be a significant advantage
- Technical aptitude with the ability to convey the advanced technical product benefits to potential customers in easy-to-grasp terms
- Ability of identifying, negotiating/converting, and closing deals
- High business and financial understanding
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English, preference for other European language (French, Italian, Spanish)
- Ability to travel frequently
