In This Role, You Will
Drive the Product Roadmap: Own and refine the product vision and strategy for our cloud-based insights platform, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Champion the Customer: Advocate for user needs, gathering and analyzing feedback to make data-driven decisions.
Embrace Experimentation: Lead hypothesis-driven initiatives, run rapid tests, and iterate on findings to accelerate product-market fit.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, high-impact products.
Focus on Outcomes: Define and track leading metrics, measure success, and pivot quickly when experiments don’t meet expectations.
Employ GenAI: Explore and integrate generative AI capabilities into our product offerings to enhance insights and efficiencies.
Scale Seamlessly: Ensure solutions can be deployed to multiple customers and leverage third-party tech where it accelerates delivery.
Drive Commercial Impact: Understand ROI, support sales in articulating product value, and champion best practices that yield 10x results.

Skills and Experience Required
Product Management Expertise: 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with cloud computing, data analytics, and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning.
Go-to-Market Execution: Proven track record of launching products, including defining value propositions and market positioning.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data analysis, defining KPIs, and making decisions backed by quantitative and qualitative insights.
Excellent Communication: Able to inspire teams, present to stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across all levels.

Ideal Background
Experience with data-driven products, personalisation, or customer insights platforms.
Exposure to building scalable, multi-tenant solutions for enterprise clients.
Familiarity with hypothesis testing, rapid prototyping, or other lean experimentation frameworks.
Prior success in growing product adoption across diverse customer bases.
