We are looking for a results-driven Product Marketing Manager on a fixed term 12 month contract to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for our innovative B2B AI platform.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a results-driven Product Marketing Manager on a fixed term 12 month contract to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for our innovative B2B AI platform. This role bridges the gap between product development and sales ensuring our solutions resonate with the needs of enterprise customers. You will excel at positioning technical products, crafting compelling narratives, and enabling sales teams with impactful tools, this role is an opportunity to shape the growth of an AI-driven future.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Positioning and Messaging
Develop clear and compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to various customer personas and industries.
Translate complex AI technology and features into customer-focused benefits and solutions.
Go-to-Market Strategy
Lead the launch of new features and product updates, working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and success.
Drive competitive analysis and market research to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Sales Enablement
Create and deliver sales tools, including pitch decks, datasheets, case studies, and FAQs, to empower the sales team.
Conduct training sessions to align sales and customer-facing teams on product capabilities, messaging, and target markets.
Customer Insights
Collaborate with customers to gather testimonials, case studies, and success stories to showcase ROI and real-world impact.
Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions to refine messaging and identify new opportunities.
Content Creation
Work with the content marketing team to create high-impact collateral such as whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and thought leadership articles.
Develop content that highlights the business value of AI in solving industry-specific challenges.
Demand Generation Support
Partner with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead conversion.
Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics and customer data.
Collaboration
Serve as the voice of the customer in cross-functional teams, influencing product roadmap and feature prioritization.
Partner with engineering and product teams to stay informed on product updates and ensure marketing aligns with technical capabilities.
Qualifications, skills and attributes
Must-Have
Experience: 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI/technology platforms.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and communicate complex AI concepts in a business-oriented manner.
Marketing Expertise: Proven success in developing go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have
Background in AI/ML or data science technologies.
Experience marketing to enterprise customers
Experience marketing to customers Telco’s, Finance or Retail. or specific verticals
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
